Juicy chicken breast covered in a flavoursome coating. So quick to make, even easier to eat!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet GF Shake & Bake Coating Mix
- 400g chicken breast
- Rice bran oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp GF Worcester sauce
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp sweet chilli
- 1/4 tsp garlic and herb powder
- Cracked black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut your chicken into desired pieces.
- In a reusable container with a lid add a reasonable amount of Fogdog Shake & Bake.
- Dip the cut chicken in some water before adding it to the container with the mixture.
- Pop on the container lid and shake until the chicken is fully coated.
- In a non-stick pan, heat some rice bran oil on high, when hot, add your chicken pieces, placing one at a time.
- Turn the heat down to medium/high and cook the chicken on each side for 2 minutes or until cooked through. Add more oil as needed.
- Combine all the dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
- Serve on a plate with the sauce. Enjoy!
