Gluten Free Fantastic Fritter Mix

Here at Fogdog, we set out on a serious mission to create a fritter mix that was gluten free. However, not only did we want a gluten free fritter mix, but we wanted one that tasted just as good as all the other products in our range. It was a challenge, and many samples went through a rigorous taste-testing regimen (both in the kitchen and out on the water). Finally, our recipe was perfected and the gluten free Fantastic Fritter Mix was born! 

An easy-to-use fritter mix that can be used with seafood, vegetables, or fruit, our Fantastic Fritter Mix is something the whole family will love.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Empty 95g or half the packet into a bowl.
2. Mix with enough beer or water until thick and smooth (approx. 120ml).
3. Add 2 cups (or approx 250g) of your choice of fritter ingredients. To make classic corn fritters, add a 410g can of drained, whole kernel corn.
4. Spoon mixture into a hot pan, greased with butter and a dash of oil.
5. Cook both sides until firm and golden brown. Choice!
